Log into your Z-EDGE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship to Z-EDGE
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
